Beanstack

How Students Participate at School

Beanstack is software our libraries and teachers use to:

  • help students track reading via digital reading logs

  • obtain book reviews

  • host reading challenges

  • run "read-a-thon" fundraisers

  • & more!

At school, students in K-12 log into Beanstack from a Chromebook. Students are able to join fun challenges, log their reading minutes, and earn fun badges and rewards.

How Students Can Participate at Home

Students in grades where Chromebooks are sent home regularly can log their reading on their Chromebooks. For students who do not bring Chromebooks home from school, they can log on a tablet or mobile phone using the Beanstack mobile app.

Once you download the app, the student will be required to log in via ClassLink. Students in Grades K-4 will need a copy of their ClassLink QuickCard to log in if they do not know their Google password by heart. You can get a copy of this QuickCard from your child's teacher.

Use the tutorial below to learn how to log into the mobile app!
